The workshop of Caden Manson and Jemma Nelson - IFA '08 > the two new yorker directors of the Big Art Group at IFA - Inteatrofestival Academy '08

Caden Manson and Jemma Nelson of the Big Art Group tell their third experience as teachers for IFA and the work done this edition with the partecipants. Using the several camers the 2 directors brought from New York, IFA students created their own original project, alone or in group, learning and exploring the 'real time film' tecniques. A unique chance as unique have been the results, marking a new step in the path that leads them to the Festival and to their own performances to be staged on the 28th and the 29th of June. Coming next... Benjamin Verdonck and Rosa Casado, artists of the Festival and masters of IFA '08.

Caden Manson and Jemma Nelson funded the Big Art Group in 1999: they adopted a multimedial language combined with performing techniques, and they have realised some innovative shows; the crew is always changing, involving time to time new artists and collaborators. They creations have been performed all around the world, among the others it has to be remembered the trilogy Real Time Film: Shelf Life, Flicker e House of No More.
