An answer (in collaboration with Les yeux d'IZO) to the controversy raised by Alessandro Baricco in its article published on La Repubblica. A film to think about the meaning of the public funding for Culture. 

Il n'y a pas de Colin dans le poisson is a short film on the disengagement of the State in the Culture field. It was made in July 2008 by Les Yeux d'Izo, a culture association located in Poitiers (France).

"It is a story that speaks of culture and fish.
Cinema, theater and enrichment.
Of goods, Colin, common good.
It's a story defending Culture
in front of the culture of results".
